Kayla brings to the table over 25+years of real estate experience in marketing & sales of real estate developments;   As the President & founder of Immeubles Montria, she is thrilled to share her extensive real estate experience, her vast knowledge and her passion for real estate with her clients looking to buy, sell, rent or develop a new urban project;

Kayla's approach is client focused, she makes it a priority to get to know her client and carefully formulate the client criteria check list to ensure that the client objectives are met with great satisfaction.  At the same time, Kayla leads a team, made up of Real Estate Experts offering services that go beyond the normal Real Estate Agency. Naming only a few, Kayla herself is an Urban Planner, the Agency Executive Officer, Tom Reiner is an Architect & Developer, Mark Reiner & Shawn Levy & Max Cronin, often referred to as The Sharx spearheaded the Luxury Rentals division, specializing in "rentals" at all levels of the economic scale, combined with a savvy knowledge of targeting investments with interesting yields.   The Montria team stands out and apart by all the extra real estate expertise it offers to its select clientele.

In addition to representing Buyers, Sellers & Tenants & Landlords, Kayla and her team offer consulting services and full Marketing & Sales Services to Developers.  With her 25+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales, and as a Project Manager, Kayla founded the Agency, Immeubles Montria to offer Condo Developers a one stop shop service from « what product » to « market launch » to « sell out » and even « after sales service », carefully balancing market demand and profitability.

Notable Projects:

  • 2015 - 2018 Branding, Launch and Sell out of iQuartier Condos in Quartier des Spectacles
  • 2015 to 2017 Kayla took over the mandates to sell out the Xact Condos Project, downtown Montreal, and the Myst on the Lachine Canal, in Griffintown.  
  • 2012 to 2014, The notable successful market launch of MUV Condos, with 2,000 people lined up, at Opening Weekend selling 100+ units, in Rosemont, at time, this successful market launch was the envy of condo projects in Montreal.

2007 to 2011, Kayla Samuels, held the prestigious title as Director of Marketing and Sales for the Societe d’Habitation et de Developpement de la ville de Montreal (SHDM), launching 5 years worth of Acces Condos projects throughout the City of Montreal. Responsible for a volume of $100 Million per year and the 5,000 condos Successfully launched and Sold in record time. Some of the notable projects included: ZoneC (Sud Ouest), Cote Ouest 1 & Cote Ouest 2 (CDN/NDG); Novello 2 (St.Leonard), La Confisserie (Hochelaga Maisoneuve), Faubourg Contrecoeur(Hochelaga Maisonneuve), Le Verso (Lachine), Le Phoenix (St. Laurent) Cité L’Acadie(Ahunsic Cartierville) , La Tannerie (Sud Ouest).
