For the rental:

1) The listing broker undertakes to obtain a credit check
of the promising tenants with any promise to lease that
will be presented to the owner/lessor.

2) The rental does not include electricity, internet,
telephone, or cable costs. Possibility to add one indoor
parking space

3) Tenants must respect the content of the declaration of
co-ownership as well as the regulations of the building
which will be an integral part of the lease.

4) Tenants must demonstrate proof of civil liability,
damage, fire, theft or vandalism insurance for $2,000,000
and their personal effects, which they will maintain in
force throughout the lease.

5) The inclusions will be as in the Centris description
sheet.

6) Tenants will have access to all the facilities of the
building under the same conditions as the owners and any
costs inherent to special use will be at their expense.

7) No subletting or transfer of lease responsibilities will
be possible or permitted.

8) No animals will be tolerated in the building except with
written permission from the owner/lessor.

9) Smoking will not be permitted in the building regardless
of the nature of this consumption.

10) No holes may be made in the walls, nor any wall may be
painted without the written consent of the owner/lessor.
