With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, Kayla Samuels brings a unique combination of expertise in residential and commercial brokerage, real estate development, urban planning, project management, and the marketing and sales of major condominium developments.

As President and Founder of Immeubles Montria, Kayla created the agency around a simple philosophy: clients should have access to more than traditional brokerage services. They should benefit from a team with the experience and knowledge to look at real estate from every angle — whether they are buying or selling a home, leasing a luxury property, investing in income-producing real estate, or developing and bringing a new project to market.

While Kayla's career was built on a strong foundation in real estate development, marketing and sales, today her primary focus is much more personal: building lasting relationships with individual clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through important real estate decisions.
