- No animals are permitted unless prior written
authorization is obtained from the landlord.
- Proof of tenant insurance is required prior to occupancy
and at each renewal, including civil liability with a
minimum coverage amount of $2,000,000.
- The tenant is responsible for the minor day-to-day
maintenance of the dwelling and included items, including
but not limited to replacing light bulbs and batteries,
cleaning dryer filters and lint traps, maintaining
accessible drains, and cleaning air conditioning filters.
The premises must be used with care and kept in good
condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
